Wine Tasting and 3 Courses in the Downstairs Dining Room
One of our favourite suppliers Ben Smith from Progression Wines will be joining us on Thursday 15th August to host a tasting featuring five wines from his portfolio alongside a delicious three course menu from our kitchen.
We are really excited to let Ben loose with some of his bottles, we have really enjoyed working alongside him over the last year or so and have tasted some thrilling wines from the new wave of dynamic producers he is championing.
This is a not to be missed tasting and dinner which promises a great line up of wines alongside a suitably paired menu based on some bouchon classics and lots of informal chat.
Progression are a Brighton based importer working with under the radar, organic, biodynamic and lower intervention wines made in tiny quantities. Their portfolio covers a wide range of styles going from the accessible, easy going all the way up to rare gems you can find on some of the world's great restaurant wine lists.

The menu has been carefully paired with the wines, therefore we are unable to substitute dishes or cater for allergies.
In the event of a cancellation, we will endeavour to re-sell your ticket, if we have a waitlist but otherwise is non-refundable
