We are so excited to welcome and celebrate springtime with a Sunday Session that represents the passionate producers who work their land and their vines, producing glorious ingredients that contribute to our menus, and their grapes that become wine, reflecting their terroir.
Springtime is a great time for cooks, with many uplifting, light and fresh flavours. Following this theme, we will select the wines for lunch using the same approach, expect a vibrant selection, produced with minimal intervention, by winemakers who work sympathetically with the land and who adopt a hands-off approach.
During lunch Anna, Anton and the team will talk through their selection, the winemakers and the areas they farm. Adam, Sam and the kitchen team will have sourced some delicious new season ingredients, locally and beyond making the afternoon a perfect antidote to the all-familiar grey winter days.
The menu has been carefully paired with the wine, therefore we are unable to substitute dishes or cater for allergies.
Please note in the event of a cancellation we will endeavour to re-sell your ticket if we have a waitlist, but generally are non-refundable
