A great opportunity to taste the wines of Waterkloof Estate in Stellenbosch, South Africa. We will be showing two of their exceptional wines made biodynamically with minimal intervention to reflect the character of the land and the grape varietal. The wine maker will be on hand for the hour to present the wine and answer questions on how it is made. The wines will be paired with a couple of Fourth & Church pinchos.
