Portugal’s wine regions and exceptional wines have remained under the radar for many years. However, we are seeing more of their wines in the UK, often at a much lower price point than an equivalent wine from more established regions. In a nod to the Welsh on St Davids day we will commence proceedings with a Gimlet showcasing Pollination, Wales’s finest gin,produced with foraged botanicals from the stunning Dovey valley in mid wales,  a world biosphere reserve and an area of outstanding natural beauty (and homeland of Fourth&Church’s very own Paul Morgan)
